We are looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering high quality services, a person with great potential and ambition for the organisation, a leader who will inspire our staff and an enabler who will support and further develop our Board so that it can drive the organisation forward.

RBH faces a number of complex challenges in the near future, ranging from the review of the Housing Revenue Account to the turbulent economic conditions impacting on us from the credit crunch and fluctuating property market. These challenges will test our ability to think creatively, to adapt and to keep the organisation in a strong and viable position. We will also need to take advantage of the many opportunities that are ahead of us such as the opportunity to use our organisational size, strength and market position to develop new homes and new income streams. We need to work closely with the Council and tenants to increase tenants’ role in the governance of RBH.

We believe RBH can be a real force for change and growth for the communities of the borough, but we are under no illusions about the difficulties we will face along that journey.
